GLO REDUCES DATA SIZE, SEE THEIR NEW TERMS AND CONDITION

It has been noticed that Nigerian Telecom company Globacom NG (Glo) has significantly slashed their data
sizes/cap. Despite the shortcomings in the network stability and delivery,  most of us still chose glo due to their pocket friendly rates compared to her close substitutes, but unfortunately things changed and the data plan sizes are reduced. Perhaps its the recession?? Or maybe there is a forthcoming project they need to fund to better their services?? But who cares about all that? An affordable data plan is the priority here.
There is no denying that this is so so frustrating considering the fact that just last week, Etisalat reduced their weekly data bundle from 200MB to 150MB for N200 and now Glo NG has chosen to follow suite.

Obviously, even without stressing it, on will easily come to a conclusion that the prices were slashed by half, although in the latest developments of this story,
sources have it that data caps will only be reduced if subscription isnt renewed in 3 days after expiry. This was discovered when a customer allegedly questioned their actions via twitter.

From @gloworld – Hello, “data caps” has not been reduced. Subscriber who does not resubscribe 3 days after data expiration will get half the plan TT.
Could this be a way of them getting us to subscribe immediately data is exhausted?? What are your thoughts??

  1. Thanks for dropping by sir. The new policy Glo introduced has got many of their subscribers worried already, probably they'll take to complaint and change this, but this is not certain.. But we hope they do something about this quick
